Anyone else having problems listing? Selling action figure & algorithm thinks I have tobacco product
for some idiotic reason the EBay algorithm is interpreting my listing as a tobacco related product. I sell Japanese action figures!!! This has never been a problem before. It simply will not allow my draft to go to an active list. I spent over 45 min with tech support and no answers or solution yet. Has anyone had this issue? It's really annoying.

Godzilla is a Cigar brand
Rearrange your words so that Action Figure or Vinyl Figure is right after Godzilla
like:
X-Plus GOMESS Godzilla Vinyl Action Figure Daikaiju Ultra Q Ultraman Sealed

OP1 year agoHi
"X-Plus GOMESS Sealed In Box daikaiju Ultra Q Vinyl Figure ultraman Godzilla" is the listing title. Listed in "Collectables; scuence fiction & horror".
If you have any ideas I would love to hear it!

Mentor1 year agoWhen the bots look at listings they remove spaces and punctuation and then look at the remaining string of characters and look for words or numbers on their prohibited list. This can cause it to be difficult to determine exactly where the problem lies. Try moving around the wording to form a new string of characters for the bots to look at. Remember that they are looking at the description in addition to the title so your problem can be in either place.
