Anyone else getting charged sales tax when they should not be charged?

I live in Texas, and there's no sales tax on coins and bullion, but eBay keeps charging me sales tax...I have to constantly call them and request a refund, and they keep wanting me to set up a business (resale) account...THAT IS THE WRONG ANSWER!!! They need to fix this problem so sales tax is not collected, from anyone living in Texas, for these types of items.

Usually, that is the result of the seller putting the item in the wrong category. If you have an item number, we can check the listing.
