Hello hS anyone else gotten a permanent selling restriction for no reason with no explanation?! I went from ony way to becoming a Top Seller with excellent seller atings & 100% positive feedback to bring accused of being a "threat to the eBay community" and permanently restricted selling privileges in an instant with any apparent reason and no explanation or reason provided?! Plus they put a hold on my current balance and says no payout available until restriction is lifted yet it will...
