Anybody else receiving a high rate of return request scams
I've been receiving a high rate return request for shipping related issues requiring a refund. Example; buyer is not picking up packages, buyers changing delivery address, buyers are bypassing eBay, not requesting a return and filing directly with financial Institute, one of my packages USPS show delivered, and then it was at my door a couple weeks later, etc.; I've been having to refund more than was taken out. Listings fees are not being deducted from seller fees, refunds that were refunded to buyers but, sellers dash board not reflecting accurately and seller eating listing fees. I'm having a high rate of buyers abusing the ebay return policy. Almost feels like that's the scams angle trying to hustle the seller for a refund or partial refund, because the buyers know that the seller have to eat the return shipping cost?

Whenever a buyer files a returns request for an Item Not as Described, you will be required to pay for return shipping. How many photos are you including in the listing? Does the description use all the Item Specifics required, and describes all flaws? You should receive your seller fees back if you initiate the refund, and not ebay.
