Any way to filter based on feedback score? Getting bogged down with duplicate items

I suspect the sellers are dropshipping from China. When searching "lacrosse goalie" and sorting by "newly listed", I get about 8 listings for the exact same product from users with very similar usernames and store descriptions. All stores have:
- zero feedback

- same account lengths (all joined Aug 2 2024)

- All located in China despite listing "Los Angeles" as shipping location.

This isn't unique to that search.
Filtering by location doesn't remove them, since they list a US shipping location.
This is annoying at best, scammy at worst. Is there any way to filter these listings out of my search?

I do not know of a way to automatically filter out sellers by feedback number directly, but if you are searching using a desktop browser you can customize your search results to show seller information including feedback number and percentage, and quickly skip over any results from low feedback sellers without having to open the listings and check each one.
