Any way to actually get help?
For a week now I’ve been trying to get help from customer service. They either lie , change their story, or just ignore me. Supposedly I was getting a refund for a fee and now they’ve wiped out my existing funds and raided my bank account well beyond the fee and any reasonable costs. I’m about done with this company. It’s appalling. And getting help is not a thing.

How did you get in touch with "eBay", exactly?
If you found a phone number via Google, you may have been in touch with scammers.

OP3 years agoI spent a total of seven hours on the chat over the last three days. And they just keep taking money. I’ve been here for more than 10 years on this account and since the late 1990s. It’s not a scam, unless you count this soulless company that has zero concept of customer service.

OP3 years agoLast summer I was literally stalked by a buyer and had a police report and after notifying eBay, they … did nothing. He could keep contacting me even. This company will let sellers die or be murdered before they’ll lose $1.
if they don’t fix my account immediately, I’m not going to have money to get medicine or food. I could literally die because if this, and they have done nothing but add fees somehow.

Mentor3 years agoYou should have added that buyer's user ID to your Blocked Buyers List and also blocked all messages from that ID as well.
You have sold 4 items in August. ebay can only deduct Final Value Fees from each of those sales, as well as your monthly subscription for the store.
Go to
Seller Hub > Payments > Summary
to see what ebay is charging you for.

OP3 years agoCan you remove this post? It achieved nothing. I'm about 6 hours from not having the medication I need to survive because eBay has my money.
