Hello , I am looking for help as I have been bounced back and forth several times between Ebay and USPS and I keep being told to contact the other company. I will try to make my story short, I sold an item on eBay for $300 , it was technically six different boxes of switches, but the transaction listed it as one sale or one transaction, so when I shipped the boxes I thought I was printing multiple QR or shipping codes and that it was breaking the cost down per box which should’ve been $10-$12 per box to ship them, but what happened was the shipping labels that I purchased for each box was the full amount of shipping for all six boxes on each of the shipping labels, so I purchased five of them and I was charged $96.79 each! so the five boxes that I did ship that should’ve cost me around $12 to ship per box, with my eBay shipping discount I was charged almost $96.79 per box to ship them, a total amount of $483.95 to ship five small 10lb boxes that I sold for a total amount of $300, I’m not sure how this happened and I wouldn’t have any doubt at all that it was my fault and I did something wrong, but I’m really looking for someone to help me with this and I’m just getting bounced back-and-forth between eBay and the United States Postal Service. I was reimbursed $80 for only 1 of the boxes and nobody can tell me how
