Any suggestion for my situation
I was tricked by an international seller. First he lied that he will only get the money after my positive review.
after the review, the product i purchased from this seller stop working, then he said he will start a return, and ask me to wait a few days for the return shipping funding. after a few days, the return is closed.
now it seems to me I can not do anything.
Can someone suggest me what should I do to get this kind of seller out of ebay?
