Any Spanish forum?
Hello,
Just two questions:
1- Is there a forum in Spanish?, 'if' ... where?.
2- If one is an elderly person and without transportation...
Is there a way -- in the event of having to return an item, either because there was a wrong description of it or because it arrived damaged, etc -- that the customer can ask for "someone" (for example UPS, Amazon had that kind of service, without charges for the buyer, but it was eliminated) come to collect the merchandise that must be returned to the seller for a refund?.
Thank you very much for your answers,
All the best.

OP2 years agoHello,
Sorry, I had not seen this post. I'm new at ebay forums and I'm lost to find the comments, I don't know how to look for them...
Regarding the second point:
"Or, if you have a mailbox, you can place a small package (and other outgoing mail) in the mailbox for the carrier to collect on his normal delivery route."
In my apartment building I have a little box, I guess you mean that's where I can leave the small returns.
If the package is big, I can wait to see the postman when he comes and give it to him personally, but if it's very heavy...
a- The form to fill out that appears in the 'link', is it for the purpose of leaving the package in front of the door of my apartment, and for the postman to pick it up?.
b- Do they have any limits as to how much the boxes should weigh, and what they can load to take to their vehicle?
-- I don't see any reference in the form to fill out regarding the weight of the box or if it applies in the case of going directly to the apartment to pick up the delivery.
Thank you very much for your camments.

2. USPS Priority Mail has a pickup service.
