I bought a blast chiller seven months ago I just placed it in production but it doesnâ€™t work. Tried to contact the seller but no help

any one has any suggestions?

Hi @mmmpc593

-It is too late to file a claim via eBay

-PayPal allows returns up to 180 days from the date or purchase ... you missed that window too

-Credit cards allow charge backs but you will have to contact your card holder to see if it can still be done.

-Contact the manufacturer of the blast chiller and see if they can help trouble shoot the problem over the phone or worse case, send a service technician in to go over the machine at their prevailing service rates.
