Any one else being lied to about "verification of ID"?
Summary: vimce-60 expressed frustration with eBay over delays in receiving funds despite submitting ID verification multiple times and contacting customer service. eastlaneave offered advice on ensuring ID details match eBay and bank records and provided steps to request a call from eBay support. vimce-60 expressed appreciation for the advice but continued to express dissatisfaction with eBay's service.
Ebay required verification of my ID. No problem. Sent in 5 times now and talked to customer service who said yesterday my money would be here today, but NO! Ebay is a fraud!!! They are delaying payments and using people's money for their own profits!!! I have been trying to get my funds since the 10th of September. This is unacceptable as I still have to pay my bills, including interest on a CC because of their delay! How do I get this resolved??? Ebay is the worst company to deal with...period.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe coin you sold last sold for over $1,000. eBay policy is that your funds will be held for a mandatory 30 days because of the sale price. eBay had too many problems with high value sales so this hold will apply to all sellers. As long as you were able to verify yourself the funds will be available within the week.

I am sorry that's happening.
Be sure your ID matches your name on eBay and on your bank account.
