Any Ideas as a buyer to get my money back?
I Made a purchase from a seller on here and they shipped it to the wrong address, I tried to contact The shipper, but l got nowhere, So I contacted Ebay and because USPS says it was delivered, they closed my case and essentially told me to pack sand. I have been a consistent eBay seller and buyer since its conception, and I am in good standing with everyone. I do not understand why no one will contact USPS and confirm what I had to say, this was shipped by a 3rd party warehouse, and they will not give me any information at all Also I cannot contact the seller or the third-party warehouse as I get no response whatsoever. Any Ideas?

Mentor1 year agoIt sounds like the seller drop shipped the item. They are still responsible for the delivery of the item. However, they have tracking that shows the package delivered. In order to successfully appeal eBay's ruling you will need to have a letter on USPS letterhead (not an email) that shows the address that was on the package label which was different from the one you gave on purchase and payment.

Mentor1 year agoIf you used a third party freight forwarder and the seller showed the forwarder received the item, your only recourse is with the forwarder, neither ebay or the seller can help you.
