Any idea how to get ebay fee credit because i havent sold anything

You sold a toaster in January. If the winning bidder failed to pay, then cancel the transaction using the reason "buyer didn't pay". eBay will then refund the sales commission.
However, if you added any listing upgrades when creating your listings, those are charged whether or not the item sells.
Or, if you decided not to ship the item because the selling price was not high enough, eBay will still charge you a commission.

Mentor3 years agoIf a buyer doesn't pay, there are no fees charged to the seller. Ebay generates their fee charges when a buyer pays. Oh yes, those pesky upgrades. You are right, those get charged whether the item sells or not.

Mentor3 years agoEbay doesn't charge any fees unless you actually sell something AND it gets paid for by the buyer. With one exception. If you opened a Store, you are billed monthly for that. But otherwise nothing else is billed like that.
