Any honest sellers?
Perhaps if I rephrase my question I will be understood clearly. When you contact a seller directly, after placing an order making them aware l had moved to a new state. The seller claimed to have mailed it already which wasn’t possible. The comments I received didn’t show consideration to me the buyer who lost there money. Me getting what I pay for is just as important as you getting paid. So no room for error I guess. So I’ll just deleted the app., spend my money in a place more conductive to work with the customer. Money is not easy to come good customer service goes a long way. So you can take this with a grain of salt as everyone else. Just remember everyone treatment given to others good or bad, life has a real nasty side effect of paying back more than you give. Trust me I know!

Mentor3 years agoSellers want buyers to be happy too. But sellers are not allowed to change an address on an order. Giving the correct address is up to the buyer. Cancellations can be requested but sometimes it is too late to cancel. Did you check with the person at your previous address?

I doubt that you can find a place more favorable to the buyer than eBay. But eBay can't always come back and clean up a buyer's mess. Sometimes, but not always. It's the buyer's responsibility to make certain that his information on file in eBay is accurate, especially her/his freakin address.

·3 years agoSeller is required to ship to the address given when you check out, they can't change it.
Some will cancel the order so you can rebuy using the correct address, but they are not required to.
