Any help at all on eBay for disabled homebound senior citizens?

Is there any way to call somebody on the telephone and talk to a live human being person at eBay about a problem because my case is now my return is not under a case and now they're not showing my tracking number and now the USPS will not come and pick up the package because I don't have the tracking number and I am disabled and homebound don't have a running vehicle I need help and I was told that Friday was the last day of the return but they extended it for five days but now nobody answers the phone number I had they said they're not using anymore so now they want me to email them though answer within a day what the heck is this come on man eBay step it up I've been over here over 25 years now come on

You can request a UPSP package pickup from your home, for free, on USPS.com.
You don't need to provide a tracking number to get pickup.
If you still need to contact eBay CS (they can't do the above for you):
Visit https://www.ebay.com/help/contact?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000
Scroll to bottom of page, click Contact us button.
Select best options. Don't go into detail (if nothing matches, just pick closest).
On left side of page, choose Chat option OR request call back.
If using Chat, in Chat message, type "AGENT" to be connected to a live CS Agent.
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST

I HAVE typed AGENT in the chat: oh, im sorry, I need to know what you want a live agent for in order to get you to the right dept.
Then responded with: OPERATOR
"Oh I'm sorry, I need to know.....blah, blah, blah same canned response
Then AFTER typing AGENT or OPERATOR in the chat - take your pick of either one as I've tried both SEVERAL TIMES as my only response. THEN, I finally get the response: I see you want to chat with a live agent let me check on that.. and then I get I'm sorry they're all busy right now the best response I can give you is to email us at and then it shows the email and they will respond to you within - I don't know what it was- like one to three business days or something like that. And the ONLY way to open the help it goes immediately into chat with the AI assistance I'm sorry what do you need, what do you want, I need to know: blah blah blah come on man this is ridiculous you cannot talk to a live person at eBay?? I've been here for 25 years man I've never had a problem.. But now that I am having a problem what kind of customer support is this? And I know that you probably don't work for eBay and that you're just a customer too and youre a volunteer giving out answers...well I actually encourage you to try and do the steps that you were telling people to try yourself so that you can see for yourself-oh this doesn't work, maybe I better stop telling people this is what they need to do.. And don't EVEN get me going about A past purchase that I had to pay upfront this BS import fee or tax BEFORE delivery, but rest assured that after payment has cleared and item is delivered- then you will get this fee-or tax back! Ok, so I paid the 40+ dollars upfront, then approx 2 weeks after delivery I received only 1/2 of what I paid out!! Trump is really making America POOR AGAIN by making the citizens of this country pay MORE. What a plan!?¿ Don't mean to sound like I'm cussing at you though just thoroughly frustrated, i guess this is life imitating Hollywood and this is becoming the age of the machines. Did you know that there is already a SKYNET out there? I'm not going to live my life underground though! I do appreciate the time and effort you have invested in reading and responding.
