Antique art deco garnet bracelet
I am the seller and state I do not take returns.
the only way I say my listing that I will take returns is if something is damaged or broken or I’ve done something wrong.
this buyer talk to me down in my price, and is in Australia. I am from the US. All the pictures are there and it shows the item on the millimeter/centimeter side of my Tape Measure.
she says it’s too small. I don’t want to accept the return since I don’t take returns for buyers remorse

OP5 months agoShe also asked me to give her 30 days to think about it. It has to go from Australia to America. That again is very scary to me. I’ve heard stories where Ebay has them send it to them and then they send her the money and take it from the seller and never send the item to the seller! I paid $240 for this bracelet. I sold it for 235+ I insured it to the hub. I’m just pouring money out window.

The buyer has 30 days from delivery, not 30 days from now.
And, the good news is, if the buyer opens a Return Request, eBay handles the return since you shipped to the Hub via eBay International Shipping.
Thus, don't worry. If she wants to return it, she can open the return. eBay will step in and handle it, you won't have to refund anything.
I wouldn't offer her money for the links, either.

Did the buyer open a return request? If not I would wait.
If they did open a return request, what was the "reason" the buyer chose in the official return?

OP5 months agoNo, she messaged me last night and said she’s disappointed. I don’t want her to send it back. She asked me so many questions had me drop the price a couple times. I went and got extra stones in case and he fell out. Told her exactly how to replace them. She was happy with that and I showed the measurements in millimeters in centimeters. She’s told me that I should’ve measured it closed and shown that but you can see the clap ends where it ends. I mean, if you have any kind of brain, you can tell that brace is going to fit. You are not going to fit you. Anyhow, I sent her a picture of one that is similar to the one I had and she said she has trusted Jeweler. I said well maybe he could add a couple of links on either side by the clasp and make it a little bit bigger. Waiting to see her thoughts on this I was thinking maybe I’d even offer her a few dollars to get it made a little bit bigger. I’ll include a picture of what I sent her
