Anti Money Laundering program
EBay demands that I provide proof of Anti Money Laundering (AML) program. I am a collector of silver coins and selling excess coins that I don't want or need to pay bills. How do I establish this and why do I need this as I don't even have a business set up?
They are withholding my payout until I provide the proof of AML.
I appreciate any help.
