Answered question still shows as 'Not' answered

Good Morning!

I received a question about an item I'm selling on the 14th of October. I responded same day. Then 3 days later it still shows I hadn't responded to the question, so I responded Again on the 17th.

Now today it Still shows as 'need to respond' to question and is still in Red.

Is this normal, as I know it didn't used to be this way.... a Glitch maybe????

@fire4jewel. You need to go to the active listing page on seller hub, click the down arrow next to the item and select marked as answered. That's the only way to clear this annoying message.
