Mentor2 years agoIt depends on the seller. You should allow at least 24 hours. Some sellers never respond to questions.
If you are asking a question before purchasing and the seller does not get back to you, it's best to move on and find a better seller. If you have a problem with an order you placed, post back with a description of the problem and we can advise what to do next.
