Another Seller STOLE our TITLE-ITEM SPECIFICS-DESCRIPTION: Is this a Violation of Intellectual Prop?
We recently listed a set price store item which is quite costly and detailed (multi-faceted) and another seller just 14 hours later simply copied OUR: TITLE- ITEM SPECIFICS-DESCRIPTION after we listed ours (at least in the description they removed the extras we had in ours but not in the item specifics). They also stole the item specifics and title of another item we already sold (leaving their item incorrect as we sold additional things in that listing).
WE ARE LIVID! This seller never asked to use any of this yet copied us down to the letter. They also undercut us in price by almost $1300.00 USD with a starting bid (versus our set price store item). We took hours and hours to write up all of the item specifics and a detailed description and they just Copied and Pasted theirs into their auction! It was a **Complete Duplicate** Listing except they had photos of their own item (although not showing everything that they claimed to have).
Can they just come right in and steal our title, item specifics and description down to the letter?! We feel Completely VIOLATED! Do we have any recourse? We have tried to report but this is not in the drop down. Also, it is not a seller that we have purchased anything from ourselves so we cannot submit a form on another seller! What can we do? Isn't this a violation of eBay policy?

"Images Text and Policy
To make sure you're giving potential buyers an accurate representation of your items, and that you're not infringing on anyone else's content rights, you should write your own descriptions and use your own images, or use any that eBay offers to you from the eBay catalog."
Our listing was NOT part of any catalog! How can he just 14 hours later, steal it all and undercut our price by 1.3K and degrade our product value after admittedly stealing from us? This has to be some kind of violation!

What should I do if my image, video or text is being used by another seller?
When you create listings you give eBay and its customers permission, through our user agreement, to use your images, videos and product details.
You may contact the seller and ask them to remove your image or text if it is not part of the eBay product catalog.
