another seller is using my photos and content for their listing on a vintage pair of earrings
Hello! I reported this seller twice and received automated replies that eBay's AI has summarily closed my case, keeping the violating seller's photos/content up. eBay's policy states that the use of my photos without consent violates intellectual property rights and using my photos on a sale of a used item is fraudulent since the item pictured isn't what is for sale. That seller also copied and pasted my entire description in their listing. How do I get eBay to abide by their policies and have that seller list their item with their own photos? When I contacted eBay, I submitted a screenshot of when I took the photos, along with a photo of the room/surface and a photo of eBay's written policy. Thanks for any help! I see no way to get through to eBay.

You can contact eBay CS in the steps below, but it's doubtful they will do anything.
Open this Help page on Intellectual property rights
Scan it for helpful tips, then at the bottom Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chatbox that opens, to bypass the bots, type AGENT then press the Send arrow
Keep typing "AGENT" to any bot questions.
For the box asking "Yes"/"Something else" click on "Yes"
You should see the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you.
Note: The Call Back option doesn't always work if your carrier blocks spam/telemarketing calls.
With the Chat option eBay will automatically email you a transcript.
