Another seller has co-opted my items as if his own
There is an ebay seller who has lifted photos of items I am selling on Facebook Marketplace and he has listed them on his ebay site, selling them as if they are his. I am 100% positive they are mine--they are a numbered, limited edition set ad the photos are all my photos taken in my home. He apparently resides within 10 minutes of my home/same zip code so he much monitor local Marketplace postings. Seemingly unethical at best, is this a common practice on eBay and allowed? If someone were to buy them from him he can't produce them unless he were to buy them from me.
