another question on filing an insurnce claim
I had asked earlier about filing a claim and after digging around on the USPSwebsite I finally fpound it
so I filled out the form but it asks for an upload of proof of purchae price
how do I do that

Proof of purchase? Are you the seller or buyer? If buyer, you should open a Money Back Guarantee case and let the seller deal with insurance. If you're the seller, then you can attach a copy of the order details page for the transaction.

Save a copy of the order details page as a pdf doc. on your computer. Then upload it to the insurance claim here:

You'll also need to upload photos of the damaged item and packaging materials along with anything else you need (all is listed at the link above).
