Another INAD request liar
I dipped back into ebay and it's been fine for these couple months. Today I got my first return request in a long time, claiming it 'wasn't as shown in photo.' Yet, it was the actual item and was clearly described (New open box, and in description) - how can they hide behind not reading descriptions? I've heard others say this and we know EVERYONE is on their phone - I'm responsible for their impulsive ordering off a 4" screen? I think they are trying to swap their used set for my new one. I have condition photos but we know ebay won't see or care. BUT, I'll accept the return prior to judging, but ebay seems to want me to provide the label, though the return policy says buyer pays shipping. We're right back to the same old games? How to properly and safely handle this? Thanks.

Mentor5 months agoAccording to the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, if the buyer files a return request with a valid reason that is covered by the Ebay MBG, you are required to approve the return, provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund when you receive the returned item.
