Hello, could we open another Ebay account with the same name, bank acct. and address, and utilize it as a store with subscription for use as a drop shipping site with new products? Any restrictions?

You can open a second ID with the same name and bank info, you just need a different email address.

As long as you mean real drop shipping, where you have an agreement with a wholesaler to ship to your buyers, that is OK, although it can be a difficult business to manage.

You can not sell items not in your possession, then buy them from a retailer to ship to your buyer - that is specifically prohibited.

Subscribing to a store does not get you a higher listing and selling limit, so wait until you know you can make use of the store benefits before subscribing.
