Annything under $50 eBay won't help
This site is a scam that eBay allows because each item is under $50.00. The site makes you think your order is being processed for shipment until the money clears then they block you. Surprisingly eBay supports the fraud. Anything for a profit. Just keep each transaction under $50.00 and eBay will not help.

When you pay for an item, it tells you what the estimated delivery dates will be.
If an item takes longer than that to arrive, for whatever reason, go through eBay’s Money Back Guarantee.
Chances are, if the seller was waiting for the funds to clear before shipping, your refund would have been initiated before the seller even had the money.
Buyers need to know how their payment is protected BEFORE ever buying anything. This site or any site.
While it’s not your fault that this happened, had you understood the basics, you would have known the seller was not following the protocols for a smooth transaction.
Selling price is not a factor. If you bought a $2 hair clip or a $4000 barber chair, the process is the same.

Mentor3 years agoeBay has a money back guarantee for purchases made on ebay.com.

If you made a purchase on another site, then eBay is not involved and eBay cannot help.
If you describe exactly what happened, someone may be able to offer a suggestion.

OP3 years agoJust try, it is not possible to communicate with the company who stole my money. Just try. They are rigged to steal from people. There is no sign in or review, just theft, outright wire fraud, sounds like a federal offense to me. Nothing will come of this, eBay and PayPal stole my money and will never give it back.

OP3 years agoI tried, impossible. You try, it is a fantasy to think eBay or PayPal going to get my money back. They are OK supporting theft as long as they make few bucks.

OP3 years agoNot true, eBay lied, they support scamming and outright thieves.

Mentor3 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
