annoying ebay support
after purchasing a generator here on ebay on June 21, I received no shipping notification from seller, finally on July 7, seller claims he was hacked and ebay told him to have me cancel purchase. You cannot cancel purchase from my end. Ebay won't open resolution dispute till August and there is no way to contact anyone. The support end of ebay is totally lacking here and I think this is a total scam seller.... any suggestions on how to proceed?
