Annoying buyer
I got a return request baised on a “weird smell” and “not as fluffy” as a real one. I asked 12 times for photos or other evidence supporting this claim. I never got any but did get additional vague allegations of my being rude and abusive. Again, no evidence to support this claim. I sent a label just to get rid of the annoying messages and now got false negative feedback which is personal and a violation of eBay’s policies. Since eBay always sides with the buyer, she knows this and just wants free stuff. How do I remove the negative feedback? Deal with this?

Mentor2 weeks ago · EditedBuyers are not required to send photos. Additionally, you have 10 NEGS just this year, many of which are accusing you of selling fakes or not shipping the item, plus 5 neutrals with more of the same. I think you have much bigger concerns than this unhappy customer. Also, your response to FB responses do not show a considerate & concerned seller.
It is in YOUR best interest to accept these returns. If you do not choose to do so, you will likely wind up with Defects on your account & with a 97.4% Rating, your account health should be your number 1 priority. The FB does not meet any of the criteria to be removed, but here's the link if you want to try:
