Annoying alerts and requests to log in repeatedly.
I got a new computer and ever since then have been harassed on an hourly basis with alerts and have to log in every 5-10 minutes. How do I stop this? It was understandable for the first week or so, but this is feeling abusive.

Are you using a VPN or a hotspot? Or a Starlink network? Any of those can cause verification issues.
If you are not using anything like that, try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
