Angry buyer
I have a buyer who is upset because the item they purchased arrived looking like the listing picture which they said they did not look at. They send incoherent messages which I assume is poor AI translation of talk to text. They keep saying I sold them a bad product and I am a scam because I have a no return policy. They keep threatening to "make it up in my reviews". I have asked numerous times for them to send a photo of the issue as well as asked how they would like to have this situation resolved only to get the same feedback of "you are a scammer", and "I will make it up in my reviews". Do I have any recourse?

Mentor1 year agoIf they are communicating to you through eBay messages then their threat of getting back to you through a review would be considered as Feedback Extortion and eBay would remove the feedback if you bring the messages to their attention after the feedback is left. The buyer would also receive a policy violation on their account.
