and as today im stilln having issues
they still havent even resolved my problem they keep saying they have to further investigate like what is there to even investagate i use my credit card do u want to really see my bank statement dont tell me yall think im lying i dont understand how hard was it to just give them there payment i paid with my money like ebay put the money i sent on hold person couldnt even get paid for a reason i think they was lying but yeah its frustrating waiting and waiting weeknd past another week gunna past now they said 7 to 8 days this is the worst place to even place an order b careful or just go to amazon ong

·3 years agoIf it was a newer seller, yes they put their funds on hold, but they should still ship the item.
If you don't receive it by the estimated delivery date, the next day, open item Not received case for a refund.
The seller will have 3 days to provide tracking that shows it was delivered or give a refund.
