an unscrupulous seller on E-Bay
I like buying on E-Bay but as we all know sometimes sellers sell items that are damaged, broken etc. Sometimes they know the item is broken sometimes they have no-clue. I wanted to buy this item called XEGIS safe which is a Palm Vein Biometric Handgun safe. [Removed by mod] had one for sale, so I immediately purchased it.
When I got it home and tried to program it Nothing worked. The safe did not open when I put my palm over the scanner the #7 button didn't work, Nothing. So, I called the Seller he said send it back and he'll give me credit.
Then he sent me an E-Mail and said that I broke it. Which is not true. Ever since than he has been harassing me calling me a liar, a slanderer and the latest a scammer. I reported his juvenile behavior to E-bay, and they closed the case after I received my money back, but he is continuing to harass me calling me names.
I already reported him to the BBB. what can I do about this scammer, so others won't become his latest victim.
