ive been trying to figure out how to contact help for over an year ago i recieved an item that was not what the desprition said, and i requested for a refund, but no sign of refund for over a year. and that seller i just checked is no longer on ebay now either so what should i do?

You have waited far too long to ask for help from eBay. eBay gives the buyer thirty days to file a "not as described" return.

If you paid by credit card you can try pursuing a case through your card issuer, though after a year the chances of getting help are pretty minimal.
