I ordered a set of calipers from a company. I was to get a right and left caliper and received two right calipers they want me to keep them and send me twenty dollars I told them they should send me half the cost because I could only use one but they dont want to.

File a Return Request so you can return the whole set and receive a full refund.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. (doesn't match description)
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
