an item was removed because of it said prescription needed, but item does not require prescription
The item is a part of a cpap mask not the full mask, the full mask does require but this does not have headgear

We see this type of situation from time to time and I suspect that from a liability standpoint eBay will err on the side of caution to avoid legal action. In theory, if someone purchased enough individual parts they could assemble a complete unit ... unfortunately, you will have to try selling that item elsewhere.

OP2 years agoThe doctor changed the mask type that the individual was using, and have sold these type of items in the past with no problems, so don't understand why its a problem now
