An item was never delivered but eBay closed case
I have the proof that the item was never delivered and returned to sender. I tried to contact a couple of times but the seller has ghosted me. I just wanted to find a resolution but nada. And to top it off my card was charged. EBay is not helpful as I want to re open the case and present evidence.

Mentor2 years agoYou need to appeal the decision. Review the tracking with customer service.
