an item taking so long to be shipped
hello! i recently purchased an item 3 days ago and it haven't been confirmed to be shipped yet. a lot of the seller's reviews and opinions seem to be bots or something, he has many negative comments like getting the wrong item, him not responding and also taking so long to ship items.
the seller is not allowing messages. what would you recommend? should i cancel my order?

Only the seller can cancel your purchase, so if he is not good at responding, he probably will not cancel for you. All you can do then is wait for the item to be late - there is an estimated delivery date in your purchase history.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
