An item received with a missing part.
Dear community,
An expensive scale model car, came without a wheel cover, I contacted the seller and he is willing to ship the missing part in two weeks time.
Should I already open a formal dispute in ebay for the records? or I wait the two weeks and see if the part is shipped by the seller.

Mentor2 years agoEbay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. As the Buyer, you are protected by eBay for 30 days after delivery. If you look at this Seller's reviews, if he has great feedback from his customers, you could wait the two weeks. What you don't want to do is let the 30 days run out.
