Please can you help me with a transmission I purchased and after installation it has work for less than a month and I can't use it anymore?

I contacted the seller but I haven't received feedback yet. What do I do?

From the wrong item, you have to make pictures - at least one - and upload them.

The seller has to accept the return and provide a return label. (Or send shipping money, before you return with tracking.)
