An item I sold was authenticated but ebay states it did not fit the description
Has this happened to anyone else? I sell sports cards and this card in particular was in amazing shape. The ebay authenticator said the item was authentic but still refunded the customer their money and is shipping me back the card. Does anyone have a contact person at ebay that I can speak with to understand better why they made the decision they made?
