An item I bought
I bought a sewing pattern on May 11. Today, May 17, I got an e mail saying it had been delivered.
It wasn't delivered to my home in North Carolna. Finally found USPS tracking saying it had been
delivered to an Alabama address. I've spent almost 2 hours trying to tell someone at E Bay this,
but I also get a form answer, Maybe it will still be delivered, and that knowing that is HAS BEEN
DELIVERED !!! Just not to me in NC !!!! There is NO WAY to tell E Bay this. All the doors you go
through are bound and determined to treat me like a buy who is complaining that his prodect
just hasn't been delivered yet. E Bay has iron gates around ANY WAY you should be able to talk
to someone. They don't give a hoot if you really have a problem ! I looked all over the earth to
find that pattern; E Bay doesn't care at all about their customers' problems !! I HATE them.

Mentor4 months agoYou need to get it in writing from USPS that the item was not delivered to your address. Present that information to Ebay. (I can speak from experience, having gone through the same scenario)
