An item I bid on that was supposed to be free shipping
Who do I talk to about An item that I bid on & won and it said that $15 free shipping but now they’re saying when I went to pay that I have to pay $15 and $30 for shipping. I think that this is wrong that they should change something after I already won the bid and knew I was only gonna pay 15. Can they do this, the person will not contact me back that I purchased it through. Please help.
