An item got flagged incorrectly

Hello, I sold item number 377432282510 yesterday. I received an AI generated message that the product had been recalled. However, the product number of my listing was not part of the recall. There was an article that had all the recalled product numbers. I can still print out a label and ship but I am unsure what to do.

The buyer would have gotten a similar message. Contact them and explain yours is not part of the recall and ask whether he wants to cancel or get the item. If he wants the item then go ahead and send it.
