You would need to report a theft to law enforcement … and have law enforcement contact eBay …before eBay will take any action.

OP1 year agoI live in a lawless town.So my fault I guess.I trust people.I guess some are very desperate .Petty theft is an insult.So strange Iam a very generous person so I have been told.Now I have so little..What an upside down world.So on with life.The law enforcement here do not know the the law.oh well.

Mentor1 year agoThere is rarely only one of an item. If you feel the item was stolen from you eBay will only respond to your local police after a police report is filed giving complete information about the item. No information will be given to you on just a suspicion.
