Go and take a look at your purchase history. You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page. Hover over the words My Ebay. A menu will appear, click on Purchase history. Find the transaction. Look to the right there is likely to be a large blue box you can click on that says Return This Item.

OR

eBay Help page

1. Go to Purchase history.
2. Select More actions beside your item and then Return this Item.
3. Now you select the reason you are requesting the return for refund.
4. You have the option of adding a message to the seller.
5. Select Send request.

I am sorry that happened!

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Missing Parts" OR "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

You can open your return request here. Just click the photo and follow the instructions.

You will be able to print a label from here https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/return-shipping?id=4066

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
