I have tried to report an item that was delivered to me that I didn't order or pay for. The automated assistant should be destroyed. It kept asking for me to identify the item from my purchase list or I couldn't speak to a real human being. I have wasted a lot of my time trying to figure this out and do the right thing. Whoever order the copy of MAD magazine that never arrived, I am sorry. I did my best to try to get it to you.
