An issue with the buyer’s account?

I have received a message stating that eBay has cancelled a bid on an item because there is an issue with the buyers account.

However, I received this message after that same buyer had completed the purchase using "buy it now" and paid for the item. I have already withdrawn the funds into my bank account and I have downloaded and printed the eBay shipping label. The item is ready to ship.

I can see that the buyer no longer has an eBay account. I can also see that my listing for the item (a wristwatch) has been removed and cannot be found thus preventing any action (such as relisting the item) on my part.

What should I do now?
