An international buyer can’t BIN even though I have eBay International Shipping?
I have a Buy It Now listing and a buyer from Italy is trying to buy it but it won’t let him. In my listing it says I have EIS. I have in the past shipped internationally. I don’t know why this one listing won’t work. Any ideas?

If it is the JVC recorder, there is no EIS shipping showing on that.
My guess is that eBay has excluded it due to the battery pack.
Shipping lithium ion batteries on planes is tricky and requires special labels and handling.
Perhaps try relisting it without the battery pack to see if it will show EiS shipping

In that case, there's also no EIS to anywhere on that listing.
My guess, (only a guess) is that the bot does not know what the listing is, and/or the acronyms are confusing it.
See what happens if you end and relist it with a different title

OP10 months agoOk actually he said it’s making him pay two different fees. One is like $60 and the other is like $40. I asked him for a screenshot showing these fees. Doesn’t seem possible.

He has a choice - $59.16 or 51.95
I would go with 51,95 since it seems the duties are prepaid and included in that price.

But get this. It’s telling him he has to pay a $60 custom fee? That makes zero sense. I’ve shipped many things international and that has never happened. It’s a small box that weighs nothing.
Any thoughts???
