An illogical phenomenon, it is not possible to report an item that did not arrive
I have no way to report that an item didn't arrive, it's something that doesn't make sense
The last date when the item was supposed to reach me passed a week ago already,
The seller is not interested in helping at all (although it is an item that costs really negligible amounts, still), I am not clear about this part, especially since I order other things for very high amounts, and if there is no way to report this, I will think twice if I continue to buy through eBay. It is simply not understood, that this option does not exist for me, by the way I checked it in several browsers (doesn't sound logical at all, yet I checked that maybe there is some kind of effect of the chrome browser, in the menu control, which causes certain information to be hidden [again it sounds illogical , because if it worked that way, the entire menu of More actions would not appear at all?]).
As I mentioned, I do not understand this impossible phenomenon!
I will note that in the past (something like 7 years ago) I had an episode where a seller did not send me the product at all and the option to report it was simple and easy as it should be, we are in 2024 and instead of improving the service even more like in Amazon, ebay is probably going backwards.
