An eBay Mistake About Shipping Information
It's next to impossible to contact eBay to be helpful. I just noticed this mistake on the shipping label page and thought I would bring it to their attention.
"Is your package size correct?
Please make sure you enter the correct package size and dimensions to avoid additional charges from your chosen carrier (i.e., enter 14 when it weighs 13.2 oz)"
The information deals with the SIZE of a package, but the example is about WEIGHT.
Not a major error but could be confusing to a new seller.
Just thought I would be a good eBayer.

Mentor3 years agoMost eBay pages have a "Tell us what you think" link in the upper right that can be used to provide feedback to page developers.
